In the early 1900’s, working in the Salumeria’s of Little Italy, Patsy’s Lancieri perfected “New York Style Pizza.” In 1933, he opened the city’s first Pizzeria Restaurant on 118th Street and First Avenue, establishing himself as New York’s foremost pizza baker and inspiring scores of imitators. This restaurant has zero business participating in the delivery game. They are at least 30 minutes late 100% of the time, food is always cold, managers are incompetent, and the food is mediocre. Never ordering from here again.

Delivery took over an hour and twenty minutes. The food was cold. I suggest people go there instead of getting delivery, their pizza is good when its actually warm. Their delivery service is just bad, bad, bad, bad.

I ordered from the Patsy's on the UWS when I lived up there and loved their pizza and arugula salad. I've ordered a few times down here and it's been a bit inconsistent. Last time, It was fantastic so I'll definitely order from here again.

Good pizza, but usually both burned and cold, even if you live nearby, as other reviewers have said. I'm officially done with Patsys, as today they couldn't deliver within the estimated time.

I've always liked Patsy's in the past but this delivery order was the most expensive, worst pizza I have had in ages!!!! The crust was soggy, it was slightly warm and I paid over $30 for a small pizza. Yuck! Little Frankie's or Frank much better.
